1) Rental listings are provided as a courtesy by Carolina Shoreline Realty to the public. Neither Carolina Shoreline Realty nor its broker, agents, employees, consultants, contractors, and agents make any representations or warranties as to the accuracy of the listings: potential lessees/renters are advised to verify for themselves the accuracy of any and all information contained within the listings.

2) Lessors/owners must submit rental listings through the form found at www.carolinashoreline.com/rentalform.php.

3) Carolina Shoreline Realty shall have sole, exclusive, and final decision authority to post, edit, or remove any and all rental listing submissions either before or after posting on the website. Such authority shall include, but is not limited to: a) editing of rental listing submission to conform to the standard format or professional standards desired by Carolina Shoreline Realty, b) editing or removal of any rental listing containing a mistake, inaccuracy, error, or outdated information, or c) editing or removal of any listing to make room for other use by Carolina Shoreline Realty.

4) Carolina Shoreline Realty owns the copyright to all text and images on www.carolinashoreline.com. Carolina Shoreline Realty does not charge to post a rental listing on its website; additionally, lessor/owner shall receive no fee from Carolina Shoreline Realty for posting of any rental submission. While lessors/owners are free to direct people to www.carolinashoreline.com, Carolina Shoreline Realty does not authorize copying or distribution of any of its copyrighted text or images.

5) Carolina Shoreline Realty reserves the right to amend, alter, change, or discontinue such free rental listings at any time and in its sole discretion.
