Carolina Shoreline Builders was founded by two hard working and easy going gentlemen, Welsh Carson and Todd Moose. Welsh is originally from Camden, SC and has been working in the building industry for several years for a very successful southern staircase company and learned his superior building and general contracting skills from a local prominent builder. Todd was born in Charleston, SC and spent several years in the Air Force and transitioned to electrical construction safety superintendent & commercial concrete construction. Todd currently works both in the commercial and residential fields. We understand that the process can seem overwhelming at first so we would like to help you each step of the way and help you with understanding what to expect. Staying within budget and communicating effectively with respect is essential! However, we will gladly make adaptations and changes if the need arises and find the most cost effective way to implement your new ideas. The following are just a few items and steps that will take place during your home building project.

1. Gather your ideas and assess your budget.
2. Contact and Meet with a Carolina Shoreline Builders representative to find out your general goals, style preferences, and budget.
3. Select Your Floor Plan.
4. Determine the cost of your home.
5. Sign the contract and obtain financing for Construction Loan.
6. Make Selections for Flooring, Lighting, Plumbing, etc.
7. Meet with builders for Pre-Construction Meeting.
8. Construction begins!
9. Construction Updates and Walk-Thru inspection and receive Punch List.
10. Move In!
